  1. Cancellation Policy
    • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge equivalent to the service booked.
  2. Pricing and Additional Services
    • Prices may vary depending on additional services requested at the time of the appointment.
    • If the reserved time is insufficient for the requested service, we may decline or modify the service accordingly.
  3. Late Arrivals
    • If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to accommodate the next client.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.
  4. Service Refusal
    • We reserve the right to decline services if the booked appointment does not allow enough time for completion.
    • We also reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or other reasons that may affect the quality and safety of our services.
  5. Payments & Refunds
    • Full payment is required at the time of service.
    • Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for adjustments.
  6. SMS and Promotional Messages
    • By booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS reminders for each booked appointment and occasional promotional messages (no more than once per year).
    • SMS reminders are typically sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
    • Message frequency varies.
    • Message and data rates may apply.
    • To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” at any time.
